2026 JUNIOR TENNIS DAY & JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION

2026 SIMULTANEOUS JUNETEENTH CELEBRATIONS were held by MID-TAC Member Clubs for the 6th Year on Saturday, July 20th by 4 of our Clubs with Junior Development Programs and a new Adult Doubles Juneteenth Tournament. MID-TAC is committed to keeping our juniors and adult players engaged through their local Clubs, as well as abreast of our history. Each Club designs their own event appropriate for their community. This is the first year that an Adult event has been added to the regional simultaneous Celebration. Juneteenth was made a National Holiday in 2021 by President Joe Biden. We are proud of each Member Club and their members, players and supporters who are getting more and more involved with each passing year!!
